In 2026, I contributed to the Abdul for US Senate campaign by creating posters, flyers, and stickers, as well as capturing photos and videos of campaign events and volunteer activities. I also managed the social accounts for the Wayne County chapter and Labor for Abdul coalition group, coordinated and staffed events, trained new volunteers, and wrote weekly email newsletters to engage our volunteer base. See some of my design highlights below!

I designed this call-to-action poster to encourage folks to come out and canvass before the primary election. I drew inspiration from classic concert-style posters with some canvass texture for added depth and warmth.

I collaborated with our Muslims for Abdul coalition to create these info cards to distribute at Eid celebrations across Southeast Michigan.

I designed this sticker pack to serve a few different purposes -- most of all, to build recognition, affinity, and relatability for the campaign!

  • I published animated versions on GIPHY so our grassroots supporters could use them as stickers on social media

  • I wanted to make sure our volunteers had access to ready-made branded assets that could easily be incorporated into templates for social posts. This way, they could focus more time on organizing and making connections with voters, and less time on creating graphics to promote campaign events.

  • Some of these stickers were turned into physical swag, including stickers and buttons, to distribute while canvassing!
